UM Tennis Team won fifth and sixth place at the 21st All China University Tennis Championship

4 UM Tennis Team members was sent to participate in a group event and it is led by Sam Mak (OSA), Group events included two singles and one doubles in the Men’s category-A. The 4 team members are the Vice Captain Mok Ka Chon (FSS/SPC), Leong Ka Leong (FST/CKYC), Chen Baiming (FST/LCWC) and Zhao Lindun (FBA/LCWC) .

In the group event, UM beat the previous first runner-up Peking University and the other two strong teams, then they were qualified for the next round of competitions. UM ended up in ranking in sixth out of 30 universities in China. Thereafter, Zhao Lindun fought into the quarter-final of the Men’s Single in category-A. He finally ranked in fifth with the other 3 players out of the 73 competitors.
