Sports Interest Course

In order to promote sports culture, OSA organizes different kinds of sports interest courses for UM members including Acrobatic, Aerial Yoga, Kickboxing, Lawn Bowl, Rope Skipping, Salsa Dance, Squash, Swimming, Taekwondo, U-Bound, Wing Chun and Yoga etc.

Notes:
Successful enrollment will be confirmed upon payment.
For better use of resources, kindly attend all registered classes on schedule once enrolment is confirmed.
Confirmation of class is subjected to the number of participants.
Registration Fee is not refundable after payment under any circumstances, in general.

Aerial Yoga

Course Content:

-Introduction of Aerial Yoga
-Basic concept and skills for beginners
-Standard for competition or performance

Class A: 17 Oct – 17 Nov (MON & THU) 17:00-18:00
